Sometime last week, I stumbled across this new artist on Facebook by the name of Rocky Nti. I was intrigued as to what he was singing about, clicked the video and was left astounded; his self-written song No Place For A Gentleman from his upcoming EP Six Strings Tuned To The Heart (such a beautiful album title, dontcha' think?) is amaaaazzzing. His somewhat effortless lyricism conveys a simple but potent message and his eclectic singing style easily invites listeners to lend their ears in this particular song. But for me personally, it was the acoustic guitar arrangement and the sheer innocence and sincerity of the video that captured me and converted me into a bonfide fan. Please, be on the lookout for Rocky Nti this year, I'm 100% certain he is gonna blow up. And if he doesnt... well. I'll blow you guys up, American Terrorist style!
